Noah’s Mill Small Batch Bourbon is part of the Small Batch Boutique Bourbon Collection produced in the 90’s by the Willett distillery, just like Kentucky Vintage Small Batch Bourbon, Pure Kentucky XO Small Batch Bourbon or Rowan’s Creek Small Batch Bourbon. The Noah’s Mill bourbon, which means “Moulin de Noé”, is based on unique know-how and an exceptional terroir. It is produced by the Willett family distillery, recognized as one of the finest in Kentucky. Made from a mashbill of 65% corn, 20% wheat and 15% barley, Noah’s Mill Small Batch Bourbon is a blend of whiskeys of different ages, from 4 to 22 years old. This is a small batch matured bourbon which means it is from a delicate and very limited selection of barrels within the distillery.
