Time is of the utmost importance to whisky – and particularly so to this edition of Bowmore’s Timeless Single-Malt Scotch, which is aged for 29 years. It’s created using both sherry seasoned European oak casks and ex-Bourbon American oak casks, filled in 1991 and 1992. The result is exceptional on both the nose and palate, leading with sweet aromas before revealing rich and layered notes that finish with a dash of salt.
